• Guard Users: Security guards using the GuardX app must ensure the accuracy of all guest and staff entries. False or misleading entries may result in disciplinary action or removal from the platform.
• Admin Users: Society Admins using the web portal are responsible for managing their gated society’s settings, adding authorized users, and overseeing all entries logged by guards. Admins are also responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
• Data Accuracy: Users must ensure the data provided through the app or web portal is accurate and up to date.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Users are prohibited from using GuardX for any unlawful purposes, such as unauthorized access to personal data or misuse of entry records.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform’s functionality, including hacking, introducing malware, or manipulating data, is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software) are owned by GuardX and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of the service without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to GuardX at any time for violations of these terms, misconduct, or if the platform’s security is compromised.
